Call-Out Details:

• Call-Out Fee: £150
  Covers travel, assessment, and fault diagnosis on-site
• Labour Rate: £50 per hour
  Charged for time spent on repair and servicing (billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour)

• Quotation for any major repairs or required parts not in stock
• Advice on temporary solutions or workarounds if equipment downtime is unavoidable

✅ Report & Recommendations

• Written summary of findings
• Details of work carried out and parts used (if applicable)
• Recommendations for follow-up actions or preventative maintenance
