For Dental Instrument Washer – Includes Validation Certificate & Biannual Service

Our 12-month service contract is designed to ensure your dental instrument washer remains compliant, efficient, and fully operational throughout the year. This comprehensive cover includes two scheduled service visits per year and provides full validation documentation to support infection control and HTM 01-05 compliance.

What’s Included:

✅ Two Preventive Maintenance Visits (Every 6 Months)

Each service includes:

• Full system inspection: Checking mechanical, electrical, and structural components for wear or faults
• Performance testing: Verification of cycle performance, temperature accuracy, and dosing functions
• Internal cleaning: Filter cleaning, spray arm maintenance, descaling, and drainage check
• Functional checks: Pump and valve operation, water pressure, heating elements, and seals
• Adjustments and lubrication of moving parts as required
• Replacement of minor wear parts (e.g., seals, filters) where necessary and available

✅ Validation Certificate (Issued Annually)

• Full validation of the washer’s cleaning performance, temperature, and process control
• Issued after the second service visit or upon successful performance check
• Supports HTM 01-05 and CQC compliance for decontamination equipment
• Documentation for audit and regulatory inspections

✅ Priority Support

• Priority call-out scheduling for contract holders(labour charges may apply for additional visits)
• Remote technical assistance and troubleshooting where applicable

✅ Compliance & Record Keeping

• Detailed service reports after each visit
• Equipment performance logs and validation results
